In response to bgill5280, I was ACTUALLY at the shop at the time of this incident as I know these folks well. This lady came in and was incredibly rude to the gentleman working the front counter. He tried to actually help her by getting her a better deal on her oil change as well as explain that oil changes should be done at certain intervals (which this woman CLEARLY exceeded.) After offering a more reasonable solution, she responded with “not being comfortable having work done here” so he asked if there was anything he could do to make her more comfortable or if she would like to go elsewhere. She yelled at him and said how poor his customer service was before leaving. Keep doing what you’re doing young man! You can’t make everyone happy!
